Terms for Queue Owners
**⚠️ DRAFT, NOT LAWYER-REVIEWED — written by an AI agent; must be quality-checked by a lawyer
before being relied on as binding in production.**
1. Scope
These terms apply to you as someone who creates and manages one or more queues (the "Service") in Nextivo. By creating a queue you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. The service is provided "as is"
Nextivo aims for high uptime but gives no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors, or data loss.
3. Changes without notice
We may change functionality, pricing, subscription terms, and these terms at any time. The current version is published in the service. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of it; for material changes you may be asked to accept again.
4. Limitation of liability
Nextivo's total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the last 3 months. Nextivo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or consequential damages.
5. Payment and termination
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nextivo may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms.
6. Refunds
Refunds of subscription fees follow Nextivo's then-current refund practice. Refunds of ticket payments from your end customers (prepaid queues) are handled separately by you as the queue owner, in line with the operator documentation and applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, see nextivo.app/privacy.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Norway as the venue.
