Owning a queue
How to set up your queue — from products and service mode to screens and team.
Create a queue
From the dashboard you can create a new queue in seconds. You can create several queues under the same account.
Products and cart rule
Under Products you add items with a name, price, and duration, and tick "Must be prepared" for items that need to be readied before they are done. Under Settings you choose the cart rule: at most one item per ticket, or several items and quantities.
Service mode
Under Settings you choose how the queue is served: "Call next" for a classic queue, "Preparation" for orders that are prepared, or "Both" where the customer is both called in and can have a prepared item. A product marked "Must be prepared" always overrides the queue mode for its own tickets.
Opening hours
Under Opening hours you set weekly hours and add individual closed dates, for example public holidays.
Screens and screen pairing
Under Screens you pair physical screens and tablets to your queue — such as a kiosk for self-service check-in, a screen in the waiting room, or a "now serving" screen behind the counter. A "now serving" screen can be set to board mode, showing a preparation board with received/in progress/ready instead of the classic view.
Invite operators and manage members
Under Invites you send an email invitation with the desired role. Under Members you see who has access, with the email address they accepted with. Removing a member or changing their role immediately ends any active counter session for that person, so the counter becomes free for others.
Reports per operator
Under Reports you choose a date range and see how many tickets each operator called, started preparing, marked ready, completed, cancelled, or put back in the queue.
Subscription
Under Subscription you manage your plan for the account.
