Joining a queue
Everything you need to know to draw a ticket and follow your turn — whether you're on your phone or a screen on site.
Scan the QR code or open the queue link
Most queues have a QR code at the entrance or counter. Scan it with your phone camera, or open the link you were sent — it takes you straight to the queue page, no app required.
Draw a ticket
Tap "Draw ticket" to get your place in the queue. Your name is optional. Some queues require sign-in or payment before you can draw a ticket — the page shows you what is needed.
Follow your status
The ticket page updates itself in real time and shows how many people are ahead of you and your estimated wait. Your status moves from waiting to "called", or to "being prepared" and "ready" if the queue is preparing your order.
Add items to your cart
If the queue offers products, you can pick them when you draw your ticket. Some queues only allow one item, others let you pick several products and quantities. A cart without payment is just an order list — payment happens wherever the queue normally takes it.
Paying for products
If the queue requires payment upfront, you are sent to a secure payment page before your ticket is issued. After payment, your ticket shows every item you bought.
Transfer your ticket to your phone
Drew your ticket on a screen on site? The ticket page has a QR code you can scan with your own phone to take the ticket with you and get notified when it is your turn.
Save favorites
The heart icon on a queue adds it to your favorites under "Favorites", so you can find it faster next time. Favorites are saved on your device, and move to your account if you sign in.
My tickets
"My tickets" shows your active ticket and your history, whether you are signed in or not.
